1. Who we are
simosimostore.com is the online store of simosimo, a jewellery business run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “simosimo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business. “You” means the person using this website or placing an order.

2. These terms
These terms apply every time you use simosimostore.com or buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms, and where a specific policy says something more detailed about its own subject, that policy governs.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
4. Our products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and care. Photographs and screen colours are indicative — the way a metal or a pearl reads on your screen can differ slightly from the piece in your hand. Pearls are a natural material, so no two are identical in shape, lustre or tone; that variation is a property of the product, not a fault.
We may change our range, our descriptions or our prices at any time. Changes do not affect an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email tells you we have received it, but the contract between us is formed when we hand your order to the courier for delivery.
We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if the item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or description error, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to the original payment method.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any tax that applies. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, so the price shown on the product page is the total you pay.
Payment is taken at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we may recover the amount owed or the goods.
We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
7. Delivery and risk
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Timings, tracking, failed deliveries and delays are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address on your order.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and see the delivery through.
8. The simosimo Guarantee
Our Refund Policy sets out the simosimo Guarantee in full and takes precedence over this section. In short: if a piece fails under normal wear, we replace it, for as long as you own it, at no cost to you within the UAE. There is no time window on that promise.
Because we replace rather than refund, we do not offer discretionary returns or refunds for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement — where such a right applies, it stands alongside the Guarantee.
9. Caring for your pieces
Care instructions on each product page are part of the description. Pieces containing pearl need more care than our steel pieces: pearl is porous and natural, and chlorine, salt water, perfume and abrasives will dull it over time. Damage caused by disregarding published care instructions, by deliberate misuse, or by harsh chemicals is not covered by the Guarantee.
10. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
11. Using this website
You may use simosimostore.com for browsing and for placing genuine orders. You may not use it to break the law, to interfere with the site or its security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to place fraudulent or speculative orders, or to buy for commercial resale without our written agreement.
12. Our content
The simosimo name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and the site itself belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may share our public content in the ordinary way — a link, a screenshot, a repost that credits us. You may not use our brand or imagery to sell, to imply we endorse you, or as your own.
13. Content you share with us
If you send us a review, a photograph or a message, or tag us publicly, you give us permission to use that content to show and promote simosimo, with credit, without payment. You keep ownership of it. Only send us content you have the right to share, and tell us if you want it taken down — we will.
14. Other people’s sites and services
Our site links to services we do not control, including payment providers, couriers and social platforms. Those links are for convenience; their terms and privacy practices are their own, not ours.
15. The site itself
We work to keep simosimostore.com accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may correct errors in content or pricing.
16. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, and our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. The Guarantee sits outside this cap — a replacement is a replacement regardless.
17. If you cause us loss
If you use the site or our brand in breach of these terms and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a direct result.
18. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failing to meet an obligation where the cause is outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, courier or supplier failure, power or network outages, public health measures, or acts of government. Where it is possible to perform late, we will.
19. Your privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so the date at the top is worth a glance.
21. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business; your rights will not be reduced if we do. These terms are between you and us — nobody else can enforce them.
22. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
